Custom Services
The majority of our work is for custom pieces. Every custom piece is designed in a collaborative process with you our client. Clients provide a range of input from specific dimensioning, material choices, functional elements and general design ideas. They can also say just design it. Either way we listen, incorporate, and create a piece reflective of our design and your wishes.
HOW IT WORKS
All of our design services are free, including site visits in the greater Denver area, if needed. After we’ve discussed all the project details I’ll provide design renderings using a 3D imaging program SketchUp. When we’ve settled on a design then I’ll provide your quote. If it is acceptable then we’d request a 50% pre-production deposit to hold a place in our production schedule. Delivery is 6 weeks from receipt of deposit. Larger multiple piece orders may require additional time. Delivery charges are not included in the price of the piece but will be added into the final COD balance which is requested before delivery.

Our job is to bring your vision to life, and that process begins with a conversation. Location, use, style – these are the essential details that only you can provide. The result of this conversation is a series of free 3D drawings. These drawings are the focus of another conversation in which we adjust the design to your needs. Once the design direction is clear we’ll provide a quote. From there your project can get started with a 50% pre-production deposit, and we’ll deliver the work in 6 weeks.
